Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days, or we will contact you under the exceptional circumstance that this can't happen.
Generally, deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding public holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
If we are unable to deliver to your address using Australia Post standard services, we will contact you to discuss options for pickup or courier services at your expense.
Delivery normally occurs within 3-5 business days, but as delivery times are outside our control, we ask that you work with us in the unlikely situation that delivery does not occur within these timeframes.
Shipping to PO boxes
Not all products can be delivered to PO boxes, for example, bulky items like electric watercraft or lithium batteries. In these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will provide shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your goods have been booked for collection from our warehouse, or have been taken to a local courier centre.
Please check the tracking number on the relevant courier's website before contacting us to query the status of your delivery.
Customs duties and taxes
Products in stock in our warehouse are offered with all customs duties and taxes included.
In some cases, we may act as an agent for goods sourced directly from the manufacturer overseas. In such circumstances, you will be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon import of the goods.
Damages
Wavez Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged foods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
If you would like goods shipped internationally, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
In most cases we can accommodate your request, however, some products prohibit distribution internationally and this can be beyond our control.
