Getting your rig from the truck to the water by yourself shouldn't be the hardest part of the day. We built the FluxJet Kayak Cart for guys who launch solo and want to get to the water faster without dragging their hull across a concrete boat ramp or rocky bank.
Instead of fighting with complicated straps or cheap wheels that sink in the sand, this cart is a rigid, toolless solution designed to perfectly fit the FluxJet hull.

No tools required. You can assemble this on the tailgate or at the ramp in under 60 seconds. Watch the walkthrough below to see the setup process.
1. Align the Bunks: Slide the two hull supports onto the crossbeam. Line up the center of both braces on the 200 marks on each side, then tighten the cranks.
2. Lock the Axles: Press the detent pin on the axle, slide it into the crossbeam until it locks, and push the flat cap flush.
3. Mount the Wheels: Slide the wheels on, insert the locking pins, and flip the rings over to secure. You are ready to load the kayak.
Will this cart fit other kayak brands?
Yes. While we mapped the "200 mark" specifically for the FluxJet hull, the bunk supports are fully adjustable. You can loosen the cranks and slide them wider or narrower to fit almost any fishing kayak or canoe.
Can I store the cart inside the kayak?
Yes. Because the system uses quick-release detent pins instead of bolts, you can pull the wheels and axles off in seconds. It breaks down small enough to lay flat in your rear tank well or hatch while you're on the water.
Do I need to check tire pressure?
No. The tires are solid core. They absorb shock on rough trails like a pneumatic tire, but they can never be punctured by a hook or go flat sitting in your garage.
